This was a photo taken at my Godson’s wedding where I was saying my speech. It was a shock getting this photo and looking at the way my middle had spread. When you look at yourself in the mirror you have a different view totally and I certainly did not envision myself looking like this.
You know what it is like ladies, you know you have put on a bit of weight but it is not until you see your photo that the reality hits home.
When I got home, I decided I needed to take action. That is when I seriously looked at FORM and all our other products to help me lose weight.
My Weightloss Plan
I always use SOUL first thing in the morning 15 minutes before food.
I started with replacing 2 meals a day for the first 10 days with FORM, using fruits, green vegetables, added in my PURE then blended this with either water or non dairy milk. I take BEND for my menopause and mainly use this at night, 1 satchet.
Then after lunch and dinner I took 1 CORE as well as adding in 1 CORE an hour before bed to detox. I used the CORE for 10 days and also removed all processed foods, caffeine, cakes, white flour, pasta, rice, sweets and sugar from my diet.
Doing the above I lost 16lbs.
It’s been found that the best approach to weightloss is a liquid diet to help kick start your programme. By simply replacing 1 or 2 meals a day with a meal replacement shake and eaten 1 meal and 1 snack will help you to not only lose weight but reduce inflammation and other health symptoms such as high sugar levels, Crohns, digestive issues and joint pains. light exercise is also recommended, this helps with clearing stress and improves circulation, flexibility and mobility.
